The thing that's been living in your head won't grow your business.

Getting it done will.

That project isn't stalled because you need another course, AI tool, or productivity hack. It's stalled because you've been trying to force it into a version that doesn't fit your brain, your business, or your life.

Move It Out is for online coaches and service providers who know exactly which project could grow and change their business - but can't seem to get it moving.

During a 7-week group sprint, we'll uncover what's really keeping it stuck, create a version that works with your brain, your business, and your capacity, then integrate it into what's already working - so the thing that could change your business finally moves, and keeps moving.

Founding Cohort Starts Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026

The project isn't just sitting on your to-do list. It's taking up space in your brain every single day.

You know exactly which project I'm talking about.

The one that's been sitting on your "I'll get to it" list for months.

The one that could grow your business.

The one that keeps getting pushed behind client work, launches, life... and whatever feels most urgent today.

So it stays exactly where it's always been.

Living in your head - like a mental tab you can't seem to close.

Every time you see someone launch a new offer, start a podcast, host a summit, or finally put their idea out into the world, you're reminded that yours is still waiting.

And with every month that passes, it gets a little heavier.

Maybe you're...

sick of saying, "I'll start next week," only to realize another month - or another quarter - has slipped by.

frustrated with the mountain of Google Docs, voice notes, AI chats, screenshots, and half-finished plans that have created more mental clutter than actual movement.

tired of overthinking every moving piece until the project feels so BIG that you shut it down before you even begin.

you're soooo over how every attempt to move the project forward ends up turning into another spiral of decisions, second-guessing, and trying to figure out how it'll fit into your day-to-day.

exhausted by knowing exactly what this project could create - more revenue, more visibility, a better client experience, more breathing room - while watching another month go by without any of it.

You already know what to do. That’s what makes this so fucking frustrating.

You've built a business and made money. You've delivered results for people who trust you.

You have evidence of your own competence everywhere you look.

And you still can't seem to move this one thing.

So somewhere along the way you started wondering if the problem is you.

If you're too scattered, too much, too all-over-the-place to do the one thing that would really change your business.

You're not.

The version of it you've been trying to build creates resistance because it was never built for how your brain works. That's the problem.

So my approach is simple:

We stop treating you like you're the problem.

This is where most advice is failing you...

The problem isn’t something YOU are missing -

it’s that something in the plan has your brain snagging and saying “nope, I’m out.”

That part that feels like you’re “missing a step” that you could solve if only you had the right information / tool / template / strategy is a friction problem.

Friction isn’t “this is hard,” it’s the point(s) where movement stops.

Like talking yourself out of doing anything with that offer idea you were so excited about because you thought you had to do a whole big launch with months of marketing and a new free training and... just the thought of extra content or doing a live event zapped your energy.

So you decide the offer isn't ready.

Or you need to think about it some more.

Or maybe this isn't the right time.

When the real answer might be:

fuck the webinar.

Launch it to your email list.

Or presell it.

Or talk about it for two weeks instead of two months.

The friction wasn't the offer.

It was the version of launching it you thought you had to do.

The goal isn’t just about finishing the project. It’s about finally getting it out of your head.

You know exactly the feeling I'm talking about.

The one where you suddenly realize...

you're not thinking about it anymore.

NOT because you've pushed it to the bottom of another "to-be-done-at-some-point" list.

Because it's done.

The project that used to follow you into the shower, pop into your head during client calls, and whisper "you really should get started" every time you opened your laptop...

...is finally out in the world.

Not sitting there waiting.

But working.

Now you're...

Relieved because the project that used to take up so much mental space is no longer another open tab in your brain. You have room to think clearly, make decisions faster, and enjoy running your business again.

Watching it do what you always knew it could. Bringing in more revenue. Creating more visibility. Giving your clients a better experience. Freeing up time and energy. Instead of costing you, it's finally creating value.

Growing a business that can truly support what's next. The project isn't held together with crossed fingers or duct tape. It's integrated into the way your business works, so growth feels sustainable instead of stressful.

Trusting yourself again. You stop questioning why you couldn't make it happen and start seeing proof that you can make the big moves your business needs - without forcing yourself to work like everyone else.

Excited about what's next. Not because you've suddenly found more hours in the day, but because you're no longer spending your best energy carrying around one unfinished idea. You've got your creativity back. Your momentum back. And the confidence to use both.

Introducing...

The thing that's been sitting on your list isn't just another project.

It's the thing that could grow and change your business.
And this is where it stops living in your head and starts living in your business.

Maybe it's the offer you've been sitting on.
The podcast or YouTube channel you keep promising yourself you'll start.
The virtual event or summit you want to create.
The system you've been meaning to put in place.
The launch you keep pushing back.

Whatever it is, you already know it matters.

What's been missing isn't more research or another plan, it's finding the friction actually keeping it stuck, and building it in a way that fits your brain, your business, and your capacity.
That's what happens in Move It Out.
Everything we do is guided by my F*IT Method, the process I created for helping you filter out the noise, find the friction underneath the friction, fit the strategy to the brain and capacity you really have, and fix the pieces keeping you from your next level.

[oh and embracing a fuck-it-trying-to-force-yourself-into-someone-else's-playbook attitude]
Over the next 7 weeks, we'll take everything that's been swirling around in your head, turn it into a doable plan, work through any roadblocks together, and keep the project moving until it's no longer another open mental tab.

Because just getting launched isn't the goal.

Building something you can truly sustain is.

After Move It Out, you won't just have crossed a project off your list...

you'll have something that fits, works, and moves your business forward long after the sprint is over.

Ready to move the thing that could change your business?

So, is this for you?

you have a project, whether it's been started yet or it's already running and now bottlenecking you, that you know could change your business

you've been in business long enough to have real traction, clients, results, revenue, even if it's all held together by duct tape right now

you're multi-passionate, neurospicy (or spicy-adjacent ), don't do things the "typical" way, or just don't fit the mold

you like the idea of moving alongside other founders who get it, not doing this completely alone in your own head

you want backup when the doing gets hard, not just a plan to follow alone

This isn't for you if you want a giant course or a step-by-step training library, if you're looking for a "proven" formula, someone to tell you exactly what to build, or someone to build it for you. It's also not the right fit if you're just starting out and don't have an established business yet, if you need this to be entirely 1:1 with no group component, or if you're looking for high-pressure launch coaching. And it's not for you if you don't really want to move anything right now, you just want to think about it some more.

She stopped pushing it back, now the podcast has brought in over $65k

“I had been saying I was going to launch this podcast for over a year. I kept pushing it back, telling myself ‘next month’ but nothing was moving.

Then you sat me down and said, ‘okay… what’s really in the way?’ And from that, everything started clicking. My podcast was live the next month. And in less than a year it's brought in over $65,000.”

- Emylee W.
She stopped believing she "should" do a big launch, welcomed 9 new clients

"I launched a new group program in less than 30 days and had 8 people join plus another person became a 1:1 client.

This was the first time I wasn’t stressed while launching something new because Emily helped me plan everything to fit into what I was already doing."

 - Stacy M.
She stopped trying to make sense of her own brain dumps, now the offer's brought in over $122k in its first year.

“ I think that founders who are able to make decisions, who do move quickly, who have gotten lots of results, I think sometimes we discount how helpful a second brain can be because it's like, 'no, I know what I need to do.' Okay, but if you're not doing it, there's still a reason why you're not...our process, the rhythm we've found working together, is: I brain dump, you synthesize, I refine and move forward. It's that order every single time.

It's the synthesizing of my brain dumps ultimately that's become the very precipice of me taking action that has been so helpful. We've gone through that deep restructure of SOS [Sold Out Services] twice. The first one, which was my November 2025 launch, I welcomed 13 new clients in one week. Bananas. And this last one, is without a doubt going to be my best version yet - I'm redefining scaling as a service provider with this work."

- Emylee W.

The Investment

Emylee talked about launching her podcast for more than a year. Once we found what was really keeping it stuck, she launched it.

When it finally launched, it's brought in over $65,000 in under twelve months.

Would it have made exactly that if she'd launched twelve months earlier? Obviously I can't tell you that.

But I can tell you what it made while it was still sitting on the list: $0

Here's why I love this work.

Finding the the parts keeping you stalled, your friction points. Helping you remove them. Watching everything start moving when your business is built around what fits YOU. That's what I get to do with every client who comes through Move It Out.
I'm Emily - a Second Brain Strategist, operations nerd, and growth partner for established neurospicy (and spicy-adjacent ), multi-passionate online business owners. For more than a decade, I've helped people untangle complexity, build sustainable systems, and turn ambitious ideas into things that actually exist.

But what I've become known for isn't creating prettier workflows or better project plans. It's helping people uncover what's really in the way that they couldn't see on their own.

Once you identify the real sticking point, everything changes.
And none of this is done by asking clients to do more, but about finding what fits their brain, energy, and fits with the what's already working in their business.

I know from the inside, what it feels like to have real capability and keep hitting the same wall anyway as someone who is late-diagnosed AuDHD and living with a chronic illness.

That's where my F*IT Method comes from. FIT for "filter it, find it, fit it, fix it," and F*IT for "fuck trying to build the business the way the typical, 'guru' business coaches tell you to."

It's my process that Move It Out is built on. We use it for filtering out the noise - so you feel 100% solid on what you're doing, finding the friction - what's really been in your way, fitting the strategy to your brain and energy capacity - no "pushing through" and burning out, and fixing the pieces that aren't working for you.

I take the messy brain dumps, the half-formed ideas, the too-many-tabs-open version, and help you see what's actually happening. Where the snags are. What's connected. What matters right now. What can wait. What needs to move.

Because a project that only works during launch... isn't really working.

If you've been carrying around a high-impact project that refuses to leave the "need-to-prioritize-this" list, I'd love to help you finally Move It Out and build it in a way that lasts.

Okay but what about...

  • What kind of things could this sprint could help me with?
    Here are some examples:

→ the podcast, course, or offer that's been sitting in your notes app for over a year

→ turning your best 1:1 work into an offer you can sell and deliver without rebuilding it from scratch each time

→ the YouTube channel or content platform you've been meaning to build out

→ turning a live launch into an evergreen enrollment you're not white-knuckling through every quarter

→ the client experience system that's currently duct-taped across five different tools

→ the backend piece you keep avoiding because you don't know where to even start automating it

→ the thing that’s been hanging around your brain for months because you know it matters, but you haven’t been able to make it click

Not sure if your thing could be moved during this? Send me a message on Voxer @emilymathis (text or voice message is fine) or book a 15-min clarity call and we'll figure out if this is the right fit: https://tidycal.com/emilymathis/15-min
  • I've already tried to get this project moving. What makes Move It Out different?
I get it. You've probably already spent time researching it, buying courses that looked promising, downloading templates, using AI chats, maybe even hiring someone to help. You've been working incredibly hard to solve what looked like the problem.

Move It Out starts somewhere different. Before we create another plan, we uncover what's been keeping this project stuck. Often it isn't a lack of knowledge or motivation - it's friction between the project, your business, your capacity, and the way your brain naturally works.

Once we understand that, we build from there and I've found that when you solve for the problem that was really keeping you stalled - shit starts moving quickly.
  • What if I can’t make every group strategy + triage call?
The bi-weekly group strategy + triage calls will all be recorded. If you know you can't make a call, you'll also have the option to submit questions beforehand so you still get what you need even if you can't be there live.
  • What happens during the co-working sessions?
It's two hours of dedicated time to work on your thing, not just talk about it, but do it. We'll work in focused blocks with me on the call the whole time. Drop in when you can, stay as long as you need, and if something comes up while you're working, I'm right there. Think of it as the time you keep saying you're going to carve out for this, except now it's on the calendar and you're not alone.
  • How does the weekly Voxer support work?
The weekly "Don't Spiral Alone" Voxer Office Hours are for getting 1:1 async support for those in-between moments (brain dumps, random questions, troubleshooting, spirals, “wait, is this the right move?” wobbles). During the sprint, you’ve got me in your corner to help you sort through it and keep the thing moving.

These office hours will take place every Friday during the seven weeks using the free Voxer app (available on your phone or web browser). You can start sending me messages anytime on Friday morning, but I will be answering and available between 11:00am - 5:00pm CT.

You can use the app for sending voice messages and/or text messages - whatever is easiest for you to communicate.
  • What makes this different from hiring a business coach, OBM, or operations consultant?
Those professionals do incredible work but typically they're solving a different problem. A coach can help you make decisions. An OBM can build systems. An operations consultant can improve workflows.

Move It Out happens before (and alongside) those solutions by uncovering the friction that's been keeping this project stuck in the first place. Together, we'll figure out what actually needs to change, shape the project around your business and your brain, and integrate it into what already works so any strategy or systems you build afterwards have something solid to stand on.

(Plus, I'm a former OBM and a current Fractional Integrator - so I know systems and tech on top of strategy and coaching. )
  • What happens after the 7 weeks?
Okay truth time. I don’t have a complete answer for this yet. And that’s exactly what being a part of the founding round is going to help me do - understand what would be genuinely helpful for someone at the end of the Move It Out group sprint. I’m not going to assume or pretend to have it all figured out (at least not yet lol).

But what I can tell you is that there will be options to continue with support. When I help someone 1:1 in a sprint like this, continuing support has looked different depending on the business: ongoing strategic advisory retainers, another sprint, a longer container to tackle more than one thing - typically redesigning & refining business systems + foundations to match growth/scaling goals - so what it will look like after this group sprint is still being decided.
  • What if I buy this and still don't do it?
Fair question. And the fact you're asking tells me you've been burned before.

So let me ask you something.

Those courses, templates, and productivity systems you bought. Did they hand you a plan and leave you to execute it alone?

And when you hit the moment where it got hard, was anyone there?

No. So it stalled. And you added it to the pile of evidence that you're the problem.

You won't be doing this alone.

There's a call with me before you start anything. Weekly co-working where the work actually happens. Voxer for the wobbles. Group calls when something snags.

The support is built around the exact moments where you've stalled before.

And if you want the honest version: if you don't really want to move this right now, don't buy it. I'd rather you keep your money.
  • I have another question for you.
Cool beans - if something's coming up that isn't covered here, let's talk it out. Send me a message on Voxer @ emilymathis (text or voice message is fine) or book a 15-min clarity call https://tidycal.com/emilymathis/15-min

You've thought about it long enough. It's time to move it out.

If you're tired of planning instead of doing, you're in the right place. This isn't another productivity system or accountability program. It's a seven-week, done-with-you sprint alongside a small group of founders doing the same thing.

Move It Out isn't about helping you finally force yourself to finish the project.

It's about uncovering what's actually keeping it stuck, designing a version that fits your brain and your business, and integrating it so it creates momentum instead of becoming another thing you have to maintain.

This doesn't have to stay on your ‘I need to prioritize this soon’ list.

7 weeks from now you could still be thinking about it…

or actually living with it.
